Leonard Ralph Bateson, 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Sugar Grove Senior Living in Plainfield, Indiana. Born on Friday, June 5, 1942 to the late Frank Bateson and Ellenetta (Blucker) Hancock in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.
He worked for Allison’s Gas and Turbine and retired from there as well. He loved fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Kendall) Bateson; daughters, Deborah Hillard and Christina Bullock; and grandchildren, Lauren Hillard, Alexis Bullock, Soren Bullock, Luke Bateson, Calvin Grimes.
Due to the covid-19 virus, all services are private to the family.
