Kimberly Parkhurst

Kimberly “Kimmie Johns” Ann Parkhurst, 40, passed away On Thursday, October. 29, 2020, peacefully at her home with family. She was born on March 21, 1980, in Anderson , IN. Kimmie was a 1998 Graduate of Frankton High School. She held two degrees, one in Medical Assisting and one in Admistrative Assisting.

Kimmie enjoyed baking , dancing, watching movies, and spending time with her children. She had a great sense of humor and loved to cut up and just have fun. She was loved and adored by many. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 24. Since that day, she had been diagnosed two more times, but through it all, she remained strong and courageous. She endured battle after battle, but not once did she stop fighting. Her strength kept on until she took her last breath.

Survivors include her mother, Pam Johns; father, Skip (Karen) Johns ;Children, Jeremiah Johns and Micah Parkhurst; Brothers; Jason(Tiffany) Johns and Dustin “DK” Johns; Grandmother; Naomi McClintick; Uncles; Tony (Diane) Lloyd, Kris Norris, and Steve Lloyd ; Aunts; Kathy (Greg) Walsh and Karen Bagienski; Nieces and Nephews; Courtney Hall, Courtney Key, Tristan Johns, Peyton Johns, Trinity Johns, Preston Johns, and Alyvia Johns; Special friends; Landy(Brandon)Otis and Nichole “Nic” Lakes.

Kimmie is proceeded in death by her Grandmother; Golda Lloyd; Grandfathers Marty Vann and Tom Lloyd.

A celebreation of life will be held at a later date.
