Justyne M. Emery

Justyne M. Emery, 39, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021.

He was born on Sunday, November 1, 1981, to David D. and Letitia M. Emery in Canton, IL. He graduated from Franklin Community High School in 2000. He worked for Reece Seal Coating Inc. for many years before recently changing companies to Seal Masters. He was a huge Purdue football fan and attended many games. He also was a big fan of the New Orleans Saints. Justyne loved family gatherings and would always be the grill master at them. He truly loved being with his family and adored his nieces. He enjoyed getting new tattoos and was a walking art piece full of color and life.

Justyne is survived by his son, Andrew Emery; parents, Letitia “Tish” (Trent) Emery, David Emery and his wife Jackie; sister, Ashley (Chris) Worthington; step-brothers, Michael Ballenger and Zachary Ballenger; fiancé, Tacey Bay; aunts, Beth (Mark) Woodsmall, Susan (Kevin) Bohanon, and Kathy Morse; uncle, Mark (Holly) Carley; grandparents, Jerry and Stellamae Carley; nieces, Josie, Ellie, Athena; mother and father-in-law, Jacque and Carl Tanner, and brothers-in-law, Carl Tanner Jr., Joseph Smith.

Visitation is Friday, July 2, 2021, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Greenwood Christian Church, 2045 Averitt Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143.

2nd visitation is Saturday, July 3, 2021, 10:00 am until 11:00 am and funeral service to begin at 11:00 am at Greenwood Christian Church.

Burial to follow service at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
