Jennifer Ann Burford, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 27, 2020.
She was born on Friday, February 25, 1949 to the late Harry and Minnie Lou (Ray) Linkhart.
Jennifer graduated from Indiana University with her master’s degree in library science. She worked as the Director of the Medical Library at St. Francis, for over 28 years.
Jennifer was a lively, loving woman. She liked to stay busy and enjoyed gardening and decorating her home. She was very artistic and loved to paint and restore antique furniture. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She never missed a grandchild’s sporting event, award ceremony, or concert, and always made sure her family knew how much they meant to her. Ultimately, she loved spending time with her family. She will be sorely missed.
Jennifer is survived by her loving children, Annie Burford and Rob (Holly) Burford; grandchildren, Corey Norris, Samantha Norris, and Anna Burford; siblings, Helen Curtis, Suzie Downey, and Rob Linkhart.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial visitation is scheduled for Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
