Jeffery Lamont Leavell was born May 30th, 1963 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to Katherine Leavell and Eugene Jones. Jeffery attended Indianapolis Public Schools.
He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather who enjoyed making everyone laugh. Jeffery was kind, generous and would help anyone in need.
Jeffery departed this life on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother (Donald Leavell).
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter: Lie're Jones (Chris) and grandchildren Christian and Chrislynn Lloyd; three brothers: Kenneth Leavell Sr. (Claretha), Anthony Leavell Sr. (Carlean), Carl Leavell (Melba); two sisters: Audra Leavell-Walker (James) and Monica Leavell; nieces: Myechia Hudson, La'Quesha Lane, Ronesha Hoskins, Ebonisha Leavell, Shenae Leavell; nephews: Anthony Leavell Jr., Kenneth Leavell Jr, Lance Leavell, and Markeene Leavell; a special friend, Dorothy Thigpen; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
