George Glenn

George Glenn, age 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away November 12, 2019. George was born on April 10, 1949, and was raised in Salisbury, MD; a quiet small town along the Wicomico River. Loving adventure and traveling the world, George resided in Washington, DC, Birmingham, AL, Cincinnati, OH, Las Vegas, NV, and Indianapolis, IN.

While in Cincinnati, George opened Glenn Custom Clothiers which specialized in men’s and women’s alterations and comprised of experienced fitters and tailors. Following in his father’s footsteps, he wanted nothing more but to be a prominent business owner.

George was an amazing person that welcomed challenge and stood out from the crowd. He had the best sense of humor and was quite the comedian. George is forever in our hearts. He leaves not to mourn, but to cherish his memory: two brothers, Jeffrey and Steve Glenn; his stepdaughter and best friend, Kenyatta Hawkins, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
