Embraced into Jesus' everlasting arms, Connie left behind her tormented body and this surreal world into eternal peace

She is remembered as a faithful, loving servant of hospitality and kindness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Joyce Civils, and brother Kenny Civils. She is beloved and treasured by her husband of 43 years, Jim, adult children Jamie (Ryan), Josh (Heidy) and Jacob (Lisa), her beloved grandchildren Madeline, Grace, Lily, Isaac, Clara, Miller, Duncan, and Ruthie, her sister-in-law Debbie Civils, her father and mother-in-law Dick and Lois Tandy, and brother-in-law Jack Tandy (Kim).
A lifelong member of Bethany Christian Church, a former 1st-grade teacher at Acton Elementary, and a gracious host to multiple families, friends, and visitors in her welcoming home. She is cherished for her gifts of generosity and service to others.
